Robert is 34 years old. He spent half of his life in the kitchen, practicing in Poland and in Germany. For the past three years he has been the head chef at the restaurant in the Kubicki Arcades, at the Royal Castle in Warsaw, specialising in high-ranking banquets. Organising events for few hundred guests is an everyday task for him. What he misses is the intricate composition of a single dish, in-depth relationship with the guest, personalised cooking.
He loves the colours on the plate, looking for harmony in flavours he is not afraid of contrasting compositions. During the most beautiful months of Polish summer we invite you to try the menu composed by Robert Lach.
