He calls himself a gastronomic vagabond.
While others were finishing culinary schools, he, the guy from the hood, was getting his skateboarding carrier going, painting graffiti, and listening to hip hop. When an injury disrupted his plans, he ended up at an eatery and was hooked. He has since worked in many Warsaw restaurants, engaged in various culinary projects, experimenting constantly. Today he knows that Polish cuisine attracts him the most, but he likes to shake things up, often shifting attention from meat to vegetables. He likes simple, surprising combinations and enjoys the subtle flavors of young spring greens.
